Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is canceled within 14 days ( *30 days for the Suite) of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your expected stay, plus tax, unless the room can be re-rented for the entire reserved period.   Any cancellation will be assessed a $25 administrative fee.  During peak periods when deposits are required, the cancellation period is 30 days. Minimum stays may apply.
