Thatcher
Brook Inn is a Victorian mansion of grand style. Built
in 1899 by lumber baron
Stedman Wheeler, and named after the brook flowing
nearby, the inn and its landmark twin gazebos, trellised
gardens, and rambling
wraparound porch, evoke images of a genteel New England
past.
Year
after year, people come back to relax in comfort, and
luxuriate in all the area has to offer.
With
14 guestrooms, many with fireplaces and whirlpool baths,
the inn offers a great getaway experience. Oh, and
yes—it may be the most supremely well located inn
throughout all New England. Situated halfway
between Stowe and Sugarbush ski areas, Thatcher
Brook Inn is close to just about everything you’ll want
to do and see.
DIRECTIONS are available to the Inn.
For a
charming getaway in the heart of New England or
the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or
a round of
golf. Come to the Thatcher Brook Inn.
